The latest...

Recently I inhaled the Ivory Carver trilogy by Sue Harrison. For me they were quite the page-turners. And I am not that easily amused. This author researched the subject and invented a credible version of the type of culture that may have once existed.

Why have these not been made into movies?

I read some of the Jean Auel books back in the day and thought they were contrived and had too much explicit sex. I tend to read authors and not genres so have no idea where to go from here, as far as fiction.

Otherwise, I have been reading some books on canine behavior, quite interesting for someone who has never had a dog.
